How To Add SimplerLeads.com To Your Whitelist

We live in a world where your Internet service provider must use very aggressive counter measures to combat spam. We applaud their efforts, but unfortunately, sometimes legitimate email doesn't get through.

SimplerLeads.com has a 96% deliverability ratio, however, some emails still slip through the cracks . That's why it's important that you take the extra step to add us to your whitelist, to ensure that you receive important system email from admin and the ads from other members.

Others will do the same and everyone will benefit.

Please take a second right now to follow the whitelisting instructions for your particular email service provider.

Select your email service provider: Generic, AOL, Yahoo!, CleanMyMailbox, Cloudmark SpamNet, GMail, Hotmail, Mailblocks, MailShield, MailWasher, McAfee Antispam, MSN, Norton Antispam, oddpost, Outlook, SpamAssassin, SpamButcher. Spameater Pro, Spam Inspector, Spam Interceptor, SpamPal, Spam Sleuth, Other

Generic Instructions

  • Add clientcare@SimplerLeads.com to your white list.

AOL

AOL (version 9.0 or higher)

  • Select the Mail menu and select Address Book.
  • In the pop up box, select Add.
  • Insert clientcare@SimplerLeads.com in the Other email field.
  • Make the newly added address the "Primary email address" by checking the checkbox.
  • Select Save.
AOL (version 7.0 or 8.0)
  • Select Mail in the Menu on the top of the screen.
  • Select Mail Controls.
  • The Mail Control Screen would be displayed. Select Next.
  • Select Customize Mail Controls for this Screen Name and click Next.
Version 8.0
  • You can select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains" (allows all emails).
  • Select Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
  • Select Save.
Version 7.0
  • In the exclusion and inclusion parameters, include the domain SimplerLeads.com.

Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to clientcare@SimplerLeads.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically. To do this:

  • Open the last SimplerLeads e-mail you received
  • Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
  • A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
  • Replace the address in the Send To box with clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click Send Now (in the top right corner). ]
  • Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.

Yahoo! Mail

  • Open Yahoo mailbox.
  • Select Mail Options.
  • Select Filters.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • In the top row, labeled From Header, select contains from the pull down menu. Enter the clientcare@SimplerLeads.com in the text box next to the pull down menu. (you can either give the specific email address or use @SimplerLeads.com or *SimplerLeads.com to whitelist the domain).
  • Move down to the bottom where there is the option Move the message to. Select inbox from the pull down menu.
  • Select Add Filter button once again.

If SimplerLeads has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply
open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to
the "From" field.

CleanMyMailbox

  • If SimplerLeads is filtered, from the spambox,
    click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing.
  • When the pop-up window comes up, simply click the Add to Whitelist button.

Alternative whitelisting methods:

  • Click on the White List button.
  • Add: clientcare@SimplerLeads.com to the bottom of your existing list.
  • Click the Submit List button.

Cloudmark SpamNet

  • Select Cloudmark | Options... from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook.
  • Click Advanced.
  • Go to the Whitelist tab.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Type: clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click OK.
  • Click OK.
  • Click Yes.
  • Click OK.

GMail

  • Open the latest email that you've received from us.
  • There are a few drop down options just after the date on the right hand side.
    Select Add sender to contact list.
Alternatively,
  • Select contacts from the options on the left side of the Gmail Inbox.
  • Select Create Contact on the top menu.
  • Enter clientcare@SimplerLeads.com in the primary email box.
  • Select Save.
If one of our mails has been by mistake moved to the spam folder, you can prevent it happening by:
  • Selecting the Spam link - to open the spam folder.
  • Open the wrongly filtered mail from SimplerLeads.com.
  • Select the Not Spam button at the top of the email (right next to the delete forever).

Hotmail

  • Access your Hotmail mailbox.
  • Select Options from the top right (next to Help).
  • Select Junk e-Mail Protection (the first link).
  • Select Safe List.
  • In the space provided, enter clientcare@SimplerLeads.com (you can either enter a specific email address or use *SimplerLeads.com or @SimplerLeads.com to whitelist the domain).
  • Select Add.
  • Ensure the safe list box has the address you entered, and select Ok.

You can also add us to your contact list:

  • Open the most recent email from us.
  • Select the Save Address button (to the right in the line of options above the email).
  • Click Ok.

Mailblocks

  • Click the Addresses tab.
  • Click New.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Make sure 'Accept Mail From This Address' is selected under Receiving Options.
  • Uncheck 'Display in People Picker' under Other options.
  • Click Submit.
  • Click OK.

MailShield

  • Click Friends from the toolbar.
  • Click Add.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click OK.

MailWasher

  • Click Tools, then Blacklist & Friends.
  • Click Add... on the right, the Friends list side.
  • Make sure Plain email address is selected.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click OK.
  • Click OK.

McAfee Antispam

  • Select the Friends tab.
  • Select the Email Address tab.
  • Select the down arrow to view Personal Friends List.
  • Select Add a Friend from the right hand side.
  • In the address box, add clientcare@SimplerLeads.com and select Single e-mail address as type, and Add.
  • Select Domains.
  • In the address box, enter SimplerLeads.com and choose "all users at domain" as type and click Add.
  • Select Save.

MSN

  • Select Settings: Email | Junk e-mail (bottom left, just above Calendar).
  • From the E-mail settings screen, select Junk E-mail Guard.
  • Select Safe List.
  • Enter clientcare@SimplerLeads.com (you can either enter a specific email address or use *clientcare@SimplerLeads.com or @SimplerLeads.com to whitelist the domain) in the text box provided for Add people to safe list.
  • Select Add.

Norton Antispam

  • Start Norton AntiSpam, select Status & Settings tab.
  • Select AntiSpam.
  • Select Configure button - right hand side bottom of the screen.
  • Select Allowed List tab - second tab on the list of tabs.
  • Select Add.
  • Enter clientcare@SimplerLeads.com in the Email address box.
  • Select Ok.

oddpost

  • Check your 'Probably Spam' folder.
  • If you see that SimplerLeads was incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the 'Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam' button.

Outlook 2003 Or Higher

  • Open an email from *SimplerLeads*.
  • From the list of emails, right click on the sender's email address.
  • Select Add sender to Address book.
  • Click Save and close.
For domain whitelisting,
  • Open Outlook.
  • Select the drop down arrow after Contacts in the contacts section (left-hand side, below Folders).
  • Select New Contact.
  • In the E-mail addresses box, enter *@SimplerLeads.com.
  • Select Add and click OK.

SpamAssassin

  • Find the spamassassin folder from your hard drive, and open it.
  • There would be a file named user_prefs. Open it with a text editor (for e.g. Notepad). If there is no such file, create it, instructions are available at http://spamassassin.apache.org/full/3.2.x/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html
  • Make a new line in the file. On that line, enter whitelist_from, followed by clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • To whitelist the entire domain, enter @SimplerLeads.com.
  • Save and close the file.

SpamButcher

  • Click the Configure button.
  • Go to the Known Senders tab.
  • Click Add under 'Known Good Senders and Recipients'.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click OK.
  • Click OK.

Spameater Pro

  • Click Filters from the sidebar.
  • Click the Approved Senders tab.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com under Address.
  • Choose 'Full Email Address' under Address Type.
  • Select Email Domain.
  • Click OK.

Spam Inspector

  • Select Spam Inspector, then 'Manage Friends List'
    from either the Spam Inspector toolbar or from the Outlook menu.
  • Make sure Email is selected under 'Add a New Friend'.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click the >> button.
  • Click Close.

Spam Interceptor

  • Follow the Trusted link under > Authentication Lists.
  • Enter the email address clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click Add.

SpamPal

  • Click on the SpamPal system tray icon with the right mouse button.
  • Click 'Add to Whitelist' from the menu.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com
  • Click Add.

Spam Sleuth

  • Select File, then Configure.
  • Go to the Friends category.
  • Make sure Active is checked.
  • Type clientcare@SimplerLeads.com on a line by itself in the entry field.
  • Click OK.

Other providers

If SimplerLeads is being filtered, try adding clientcare@SimplerLeads.com to your Address Book or Contact list.

If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from clientcare@SimplerLeads.com.

Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: SimplerLeads.com
